The 2006 AGM

Attendance for the 2006 AGM was good, and we were given an interesting insight to the new Government initiatives regarding the Police and Neighbourhood Watch. Dennis Cooper explained how information will flow between individual Neighbourhood Watch areas, the Police and Home Office, via the new organisational hierarchy. Members elected the Committee for 2006/2007, although we could do with some additional officers, such as a Vice Chairman. Joe, has unfortunately had to stand down and no-one volunteered to take the post. Sgt. Helen Savage also gave an interesting talk.
