Malicious damage to vehicles in the Bricket Wood area continues to be a problem..

These incidents of Criminal damage are being commited by youths in their teens, often in the early hours of the morning.

Between the hours of 01:00 and 03:00 on Tuesday 22 July 2003, there were 3 vehicles damaged and roadworks attacked by youths, who ran off towards Jordans Way.

All members of the public are urged to contact St Albans Control Room at the time they see the youths and not wait until the following morning as it is important that they are identified.

If youths are seen causing damage you should use the 999 Emergency Service.
