Lebanese loop found in Rickmansworth

Another Lebanese loop, used for Cash Dispenser scams, was discovered at National Westminster Bank in High Street, Rickmansworth at 7.25pm on Thursday, July 10. A cashpoint user managed to retrieve a card and device. Two men were seen hanging around the bank before heading along the High Street towards Boots. Both men were white, one was in his 20s, balding blond / ginger hair and wearing a lime green T-shirt. The other male was about 60 years of age with white hair; he was wearing a white T-shirt. Hertfordshire police are reminding people to be extra vigilant when using cash point machines.
