Police appeal for witnesses following a serious assault in Watford

Detectives are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault on Tuesday evening that left a 39-year-old man with serious head injuries. The incident happened at around 11.30pm on Tuesday June 24 when the 39 year old man from Watford was found unconscious in Bedford Street, Watford. It is believed that the victim was assaulted a short distance away outside Dunnings Bar in St Albans Road. The victim was taken to Watford General Hospital with serious head injuries, he was later transferred to Queens Square Hospital in London. Detectives are appealing for witnesses to a serious assault on Tuesday evening that left a 39-year-old man with serious head injuries.
