Man wanted in connection with 27 distraction burglaries across the county

There have been ten distraction burglaries in the St Albans area, ten in Watford and Three Rivers, four in Welwyn Garden City and three in the Stevenage area. Police investigating these incidents have named a man they would like to interview: Frank Donoghue, 21 years old, 6ft 2in tall, slim build, short and wavy dark brown hair, blue/green eyes and speaks with an Irish accent. He has lived in both the Harrow and Watford areas. Offences occurred between 12 November 2002 and 13 June 2003. They have been linked by the offender pretending to be a waterboard official so that he could gain access to the homes of elderly victims.
